Jason:
I appreciate your fast replies, but they are precisely
the reason I'd prefer to hear from Bob Parsons
himself. You seem to be giving me the runaround (as
the others have) by not answering a direct question
directly.

Additionally, I'm still not convinced that Bob Parsons
has read and listened to the presentation/promotion I
devised specifically for his eyes and ears.
After reading his bio and seeing him on TV, it's
disappointing that it's taken me four months and as
many "staff guys" that neither understand the concept
we're proposing, nor the unique marketing opportunity,
and never get the chance to talk President to
President.
Please confirm receipt. Thank you.

WHO EXACTLY is Mr. Gauer?

Dear Dave,

Thank you for your response. GoDaddy.com reached a settlement with Fox and the NFL regarding the unaired second commercial. The details of that settlement are not public information, but Mr. Parsons was satisfied with the conclusion of the entire episode. Since the issue was settled, we are no longer at issue with either Fox or the NFL.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Throwing in the towel?

Jason:

Thanks for the second fastest response in four months.

I got the parody of the commercial the moment I first
saw it. That's not what I was referring to. Of course
it wasn't an attempt to start a free speech campaign.

The free speech fight began when the NFL censored the
second commercial. Bob Parsons expounded on that on
"The O'Reilly Factor" and "The Howard Stern Show"
later that week. In fact, he sounded SERIOUS enough to
prompt me to join in
http://wethefans.com/commandcenter2.html to keep the
heat on the NFL.

So I'll ask you again, has GoDaddy.com just thrown in
the towel on the freedom of speech fight the NFL
started at the Super Bowl, which Bob Parsons himself,
publically stated he was ready to fight?
Please confirm receipt. Thank you.

Does Gauer GET IT?

Dear Dave,

Thank you for your response. We apologize for not responding to your other two questions. It was our assumption that those questions were in relation to receiving a response directly from Mr. Parsons.

Concerning the freedom of speech issue, GoDaddy's Super Bowl commercial was a parody of the censorship issues in media today. However, it was not an attempt to start a free speech campaign against the censors. Rather, it was an attempt to poke fun at the current state of things, get viewers to laugh, and then have them think to themselves "What is this GoDaddy.com?", thereby increasing traffic to our site.

Of course we would love to have you 'make a name' with GoDaddy.com. We are committed to providing the best pricing for our services in the industry, and the best customer support. We always welcome customers to purchase their services with us, but understand that GoDaddy's services are not right for every situation.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Dear Dave,

Thank you for your response. We would like to assure you that Mr. Parsons does receive and review every email that is sent to president@godaddy.com, and he also receives a copy of every response that is sent out from this address; so he has received each of the emails that you've sent us. However, he does not respond directly to those emails in most cases, which is why the staff in the Office of the President handles issues that come in. We cannot guarantee that Mr. Parsons will respond to your emails, but we can guarantee that he has received them directly, and that we are not keeping your correspondences from getting to him.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you.

Will I ever hear from Bob Parsons himself?
Or are you guys deliberately keeping this presentation
http://wethefans.com/commandcenter2.html from him??
Or has GoDaddy.com just thrown in the towel on the
freedom of speech fight the NFL started at the Super
Bowl???
Or do you just not want me to "make a name" with
GoDaddy.com????
Please confirm receipt. Thank you.
